May Meeting: Saturday, May 16, 1-6pm at the Olson’s House.
It’s our annual Syttende Mai celebration. Once again, George Olson and Kevin Olson have agreed to open their home to all of us. We will have special guest dancers from Vikings of the Smokies joining us and teaching us some Norwegian dance and celebrations. If you have any lawn chairs and/or folding chairs, we feel free to bring them along just like we did for last year’s celebration. Food is a potluck so we encourage members to bring their favorite foods, Nordic or not, to share with everyone. Contact Sharon Lassiter for info about what you may be bringing.
AUGUST 2015 Program at First Lutheran Church:
We will be having an Ice Cream Social and watch the The Heroes of Telemark film originally scheduled for February’s program (which was cancelled due to weather). More info on this in June/July/August’s Newsletter.
Quick Notes and Info:
THERE ARE NO PROGRAMS IN JUNE OR JULY. Have a GREAT summer!
